Service Agreement

By requesting our services, you agree to accept our quote and terms of service. Service begins upon your approval of the written quote. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if payment terms cannot be agreed upon.

Scheduling and completion times are estimates based on typical conditions. Weather, unforeseen complications, or parts availability may affect timelines. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Warranties

All work is covered by warranties as described in our guarantee policy. Labor warranty covers workmanship for 1 year from service date. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer (typically 3-5 years). Warranty details are provided with each service.

Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications by others are not covered. Warranty claims must be made within warranty period.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Commercial accounts may be eligible for net-30 payment terms with approval.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Pricing may change if service is delayed beyond quote expiration or if project scope changes. We will provide updated quotes before beginning work.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate for reserved time.

Emergency service calls cancelled after dispatch may be subject to service call fee if technician has already departed for your location.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance. All work is performed according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
